Project 1
Complete Modern Residential Transformation in Bryanston

The Challenge
The client wanted to completely modernise their outdated home, moving away from an old, leaking structure that required constant repair. They requested a sleek, contemporary look that would be visually striking and require minimal future maintenance.
Our Solution
We meticulously deconstructed and removed the old roof. We then installed a new Charcoal Grey Chromadek roof using the bold IBR profile to create a powerful, modern aesthetic. To complete the transformation, we replaced all rotting timber with perfectly matching Chromadek facias and barge boards and applied a fresh, weather-resistant coat of paint to the exterior walls.
The Outcome
The home was completely transformed, appearing almost like a new build. The new roof not only solved all pre-existing leak issues permanently but also significantly increased the property’s kerb appeal and market value. The seamless integration of the colour-matched facias provided a sophisticated, maintenance-free finish that the client loved.

Large-Scale Industrial Warehouse Re-Roofing in Isando

The Challenge
A major logistics facility was suffering from severe and widespread water ingress due to heavily rusted roof sheets and failing, undersized gutters that constantly overflowed during storms, damaging valuable inventory.
Our Solution
We carefully managed the project in phases to minimise disruption to the client’s operations. We removed all the old, corroded sheeting and installed new, heavy-duty industrial gauge IBR sheeting. The most critical part of the solution was the custom fabrication and installation of oversized seamless box gutters, which we engineered to handle the massive water volume from the large roof surface area.
The Outcome
The client’s daily operations were able to continue without any further interruption from leaks. The new, purpose-built box gutters successfully handled a severe Highveld thunderstorm just weeks after installation with zero overflow, providing complete protection for the valuable inventory stored inside and giving the facility manager total peace of mind.

Advanced Seamless Waterproofing Application in Pretoria

The Challenge
A multi-storey office block with a flat metal roof had multiple, persistent leak points at the sheet laps and around hundreds of screw heads. The property manager had spent a small fortune on traditional patching, which repeatedly failed.
Our Solution
Instead of proposing a costly and disruptive full roof replacement, we recommended our advanced waterproofing system. Our team thoroughly cleaned and prepped the entire roof surface before applying our state-of-the-art polymer rubber coating. This process completely encapsulated the roof in a single, seamless, rubberised “skin.”
The Outcome
All leaks were instantly and permanently stopped. As an added benefit, the client chose a white polymer coating, which is highly reflective. This helped to significantly lower the internal temperature of the top-floor offices, leading to measurable savings on cooling costs. The client saved approximately 60% of the cost of a full roof replacement while gaining a superior, long-lasting solution.
